location rocks because its so close to all the action, i find it fantastic. breakfast has tasty items, it was a good surprise.
the heater did not work and the room was cold! beds were too thin, that was not comfy for me.

The location provided quick access to central areas. Breakfast offered many options. I found the reception service particularly friendly. The staff made check-in easy.
I found the hallway to my room somewhat dark. The carpets had a dusty smell, that affected my stay.

the hotel is near the opera house and the train station. the hotel staff is very friendly. i found the rooms clean and suitable for a vacation where i planned to be out most of the time. the breakfast buffet was great, it had many options.
the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, and i could hear a lot of noise from it. the carpet in the corridor seemed quite old. the price felt a little too high for the facilities available.

the location is great with a short walk to the central station. i found a nice gym in the basement that i used every day. the front desk staff was very nice and helpful with directions.
the single room was very odd with one small single bed in an alcove. i had no storage space except for three hooks and two coat-hangers. the shower design is poor and bound to flood almost into the bedroom.
